or fastener that has this label adjacent to it:

If your frame includes stabilizers, do not remove the stabilizer bars at any time during
the unpacking, lifting and handling of the frame.
The stabilizers are an essential component to improve stability and prevent the frame
from toppling over.
General handling precautions
Only individuals experienced with the operation of lifting equipment and rigging
techniques should attempt to lift or move an Instron
®
system. Equipment operators
must have the appropriate licenses and have complied with your local safety standards
(e.g. the appropriate training required by OSHA in the U.S.).
