Basic operation

Playing video and audio discs

URNING

THE

PLAYER

AND

ADJUSTING

THE

SOUND

Open the cover.

Press the POWER button.

Turn the VOLUME knob to adjust volume (including when using
headphones).

When the player is connected to a TV or an amplifier, adjust the
volume.

OADING

DISCS

Press OPEN to open the disc tray.

Hold the edges of the disc and place the disc in the center of the
tray with the printed side up.

Close the disc tray until it clicks.

LAYING

DISCS

Load a disc and press

(Play) to play the disc.

Stop playback by pressing

(Stop).

Remove the disc and turn off the player.

AUSING

DISCS

To pause a disc playing a movie:

When playing a DVD, press

to make playback pause.

Pressing

again advances the picture one frame at a time.

Note

You must press

twice to stop the playback of DVD discs.
