Loosen the � nger screws (B07) and adjust the
handrails to the required height.
If the rails are diffi cult to adjust, you can
lubricate them with a little oil.
Tighten the � nger screws again.
The treadmill is now ready for use.
Use
Place the treadmill in a location where it will
not be exposed to excessive moisture or
heat, or direct sunlight.
Plug the treadmill into a mains socket.
Stand with your feet on the side plates and
hold onto the handrails so that you are
stable.
Clip the safety clip to your clothing and
attach the magnetic key to the contact
point on the treadmill’s left handrail. Once
the magnetic key has been attached, the
computer is reset.
Press the START button to start the treadmill.
The treadmill starts to rotate at a speed of
at 0.8 kph. Step onto the treadmill and start
walking. Adjust the speed from 0.8 to 6.0 kph
using the +/- buttons on the treadmill’s right
handrail.
The computer’s display automatically
switches between displaying time, distance,
calorie consumption, steps and speed every
5 seconds.
Once you have � nished exercising, you can
stop the treadmill by pressing the STOP
button or removing the magnetic key from
the contact point on the treadmill’s left
handrail.
You can also control the treadmill’s functions
using the remote control supplied.
Folding and unfolding
You can fold the treadmill up so that it takes
up less space for storage.
Pull the pin (B08) out.
Lift the treadmill until a click sounds. The
treadmill is now in the locked position.
You can now tilt the treadmill backwards so
that it is resting on its wheels (C). This allows
you to wheel the treadmill to the desired
location.
