Managing Your Jetpack Using the Admin Website
About this Chapter
In this chapter, we will show you how to manage your Jetpack using the Jetpack Admin website.
From the Jetpack Admin website, you can customize settings including Wi-Fi settings, passwords,
GPS options, and more. You will also find links to the My Verizon website and other online tools to
help you get the most out of your Jetpack.
NOTE
For instructions on managing your Jetpack using it’s touchscreen, see Chapter 3,
Managing Your Jetpack Using the Touchscreen.
Accessing the Jetpack Admin Website
To connect to the Jetpack Admin website:

Connect your Wi-Fi capable device to the Jetpack. (See Connecting to Your Jetpack .)
NOTE
You must be connected to your Jetpack’s Wi-Fi network to access the Admin website.

Open a web browser on your connected device and enter http://my.jetpack/ or
http://192.168.1.1 .

Click
Sign In
in the upper right corner of the screen and sign in with your Jetpack Admin
password. When you first get your Jetpack, this will be the same as your Wi-Fi password.

You can also check your messages, change your Admin password, restart your Jetpack, or
sign out from the Sign In drop down menu.
