Press the time or the meat probe button and select
the time or meat probe temperature to start
cooking.
7. SWITCHING OFF

Once timer reaches zero during operation,
cooking is ended. Press the on/off button to de-
energize and so to switch off the device.

8. SAFETY MEASURES

If the oven door is not fully closed during
cooking, the device would not function. Please
take care to ensure that the door handle is fully fit
in its place.

Device operation would be interrupted if the door
is opened during the operation. And operation is
resumed when the door is closed.

In case of a failure on the device, appropriate
messages will be indicated on the display.

Avoid placing trays or any other material that
would obstruct the exhaust on the oven,
particularly on hood outlet.
9. CLEANING

Please press the wash button
to start washing.
Turn the rotary switch to select a
proper washing program depending on actual
contamination of the oven cabin. Press the button
to start washing.
Once washing is started, the oven performs a
preliminary set-up to meet washing conditions.
Discharge valve is closed, and cabin and
washwater temperature is brought to ideal
conditions.
Once the indication "OPEN DOOR" is
shown on the display, open the oven
door.
Once the indication "PUT DTRG" is
shown on the display,

1 water glass FBE10T.
As long as the oven door is open, the
indication "CLOS DOOR" remains in the display.
Close the oven door after detergent is loaded.
The washing program selected will
automatically start. The display shows the letters
representing the selected washing program, as
well as the washing time.
WARNING: Regardless of the washing program
selected, the oven automatically starts a
background work to meet ideal washing
conditions before washing is started. Meanwhile,
letters representing the selected washing program
and washing time in hour and minute are
displayed.
Ideal washing conditions are set up as follows:

First the discharge valve is closed. This
procedure takes around 1 minute.

Cabin temperature of the oven should be
60°C. If actual cabin temperature is above
60°C, cabin fans start during which the
indication "KAPI AC" appears on the
display. Meanwhile, the cooling LED
lights, indicating that cooling process is
in progress. If cabin temperature is below
60°C, burners start to bring cabin
temperature to 60°C.

Water temperature in steam generator
should be around 50-55°C. If water
temperature is above 55°C, cold water is
