Düğme konumu “3” olduğunda ortadaki radyan
tam kapasite yanma gerçekleştirir.
Düğme konumu “4” olduğunda sol radyan tam
kapasite yanma gerçekleştirir.
Düğme konumu “5” olduğunda sol iki radyan tam
olarak yanma gerçekleştirir.
Düğme konumu “6” olduğunda üç radyan da tam
performans ile yanma gerçekleştirir.
NOT : Şiş döndürme işlemini, müşteri isteğine
göre opsiyonel olarak verilebilen elektrikli ayak
pedalı ile de yapabilirsiniz.
Ayrıca döneri elektrikli bıçak (opsiyonel) ile
kesmek isterseniz cihazın arka kısmında sigortalı
priz bulunmaktadır.
Döner pişme kıvamına geldiği zaman, keserek
servis yapınız.
7. KAPATMA
Isıtıcı Açma-Kapama düğmesini "0" konumuna
getiriniz.
Motor anahtarını "0" konumuna getiriniz.
Isıtıcı Açma-Kapama düğmesini "0" konumuna

Cihazı yan yatırıp alt kapak sacını sökünüz.
Motora gelen elektrik kablolarını sökünüz.
“4” nolu motor bağlantı sacı yanlarındaki M6*10
civataları sökünüz. Daha sonra M3*10 civataları
söküp “6” nolu motoru çıkarınız
Yeni motoru yerine takıp elektrik kablolarını ilgili
yerlere bağlayınız.
Sökülen
civataları
yerlerine
takıp
motoru
sabitleyiniz.
Alt kapak sacını yerine takıp cihazı dik konuma
getiriniz.

Please read these instructions carefully

Disrespect of the instructions given by the
producer alang with the appliance (Use,
maintenance, installation, technical data table
and data plate) may compromise the appliance

1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation of the appliance and electrical
installation should be done according to the local
standards by an experienced staff.
Place the appliance on a flat surface.
Place the equipment under a commercial exhaust
hood, in a properly-ventilated area.
ATTENTION :
The equipment must be placed at
least 40cm away from each side walls and any
other objects to prevent overheating. Should this
appliance be placed in immediate vicinity of a
wall, dividing walls, kitchen furniture, decorative
coatings etc., it is recommended that such items
are made of fire-proof material, otherwise, these
should be coated with a suitable, fireproof, heat
insulating
material
and
fire
prevention
instructions should be carefully complied with.
2. ELECTRIC INLET
The appliance should be connected to a network
proper to DIN VDE 0100 Electric Installation
Standards.
Voltage tolerance should not be more than ±10 %.
Earthing has to be done. For this, consider DIN
VDE 0100 clause 540. The earthing screw is
indicated by "
"
label.
3. SECURITY PRECAUTIONS
Do not leave the equipment without supervision.
Switch it off while you leave the room.
Do not leave children alone with the equipment.
(In case of fire danger)
Do not intervene the meat block with an
instrument expect döner knife during operation.
As a safety device, there is a thermocouple witch
shuts off the gas if the flame or the radiants
extinguish.
WARNING :
Do not clean your equipment with
water or pressured steam otherwise electrical
installation can be defected.
4. MAINTENANCE
Do not do any maintenance work or cleaning
when the power is connected.
Clean the appliance with a cloth soaked in
lukewarm
soapy
water
and
disinfectant
(particularly contact surfaces of meat) harmless to
food stuff at the end of each working.
