INTRODUCTION
•
The instructions contained in this manual give
important regarding security for installing and
maintaining the appliance. The manufacturer
recommends that this manual be carefully stored
in the wash zone where it can be consulted by
technicians and workers.
•
Installation must be done according to the
manufacturer's instructions. It must be done by
professionally qualified and expert persons.
•
Install the electrical, water and drain and lines in
the wash room according to the instructions given
on the appliance technical data.
2.
INSTALLATION
•
Carry the appliance to the installtion site and free
it from its packing materials.
•
Check that the appliance is in perfect condition. If
it shows signs of damage immediately inform the
seller and shipper of this damage. If there is any
doubt do not use the appliance until it has been
checked by an expert.
•
Rip off the protective nylon. If any sticky material
remains on, clean it with a suitable solvent. (e.g.
Henkel - Helios)
•
Balancing the machine with the help of the
adjustable feet, set on solid and smooth surface.
•
The installation of in / out counters should be
considered while setting the appliance, required
space should be left.
•
If possible, place the machine close to the mains
and drainage system.
3.
CONNECTION TO THE WATER SUPPLY
•
Connect your machine to hot water supply. (50
0
C)
•
Install with 3/4” galvanized pipe and assemble
cut-off cock proper to hose connection given with
the appliance through pipe tip.
•
Connect the appliance to the cut-off cock by using
the hose given together with the appliance.
•
Requires water with hardness of 7
0
F, pressure of
min 2 bar max 4 bar for efficient operation.
CAUTION : 1-
For a better water flow, the drain
pipe of the appliance must be connected to a
drainage not higher than 350mm from the floor.

Fix descaling agent to the water inlet for
long-life and efficient operation. Lime deposits
and scale will build up on the inner surfaces of
the boiler tank and the pipelines due to calcium
and magnesium salts present in the water. The
time it takes for these to form depends on the
hardness of the water. These formations can
prejudice proper appliance operation.
4.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
•
The installation and electrical connection of the
appliance should be done by authorized personnel
according to regional standards.
•
The appliance should be connected to a network
proper to DIN VDE 0100 Electric Installation
Standards.
•
The machine should be fed by 230V/380V 3N
50Hz network voltage.
•
The cable for fixed connection to the power
supply or for connection by plug must be at least
an oil resistant flexible cord of type H05 RN-F
(245 IEC 57) with diameter of 5x4mm
2
for 3-
phase connection. Connection shall be made by
authorized service.
•
Voltage tolerance should not be more than ±10 %.
•
Max 25A fuse should be used for electric
connection installation.
•
It is recommended to install a 30 mA residual
current device into the electrical supply.
•
Earthing has to be done. For this, consider DIN
VDE 0100 clause 540. The earthing screw is
indicated by "
" label.
NOTE :
Make sure that the direction of rotation
of the pump is correct. This is indicated by an
arrow on the motor fan cover.
