1. EXPLANATION
Please read these instructions carefully before
using the appliance, and retain them for future
use.
Disrespect of the instructions given by the
producer alang with the appliance (Use,
maintenance, installation, technical data table and
data plate) may compromise the appliance safety
and will result in immediate loss of the warranty.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for
injury or damage to persons or things, due to
disrespect of the instructions.
2. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The equipment should be operated by 220-230V
50-60Hz network voltage.
Voltage tolerance should not exceed
10%.
The appliance must be connected to a socket with
earthing system.
3. USERS GUIDE
The appliance has the opportunity of heating
meals, keeping them warm, in the warm cabinet
carrying and serving at the same time.
Before operating the appliance you must clean
and rinse all the surfaces with warm soapy water
or a disinfectant that will not harm goods.
For the first time you operate the appliance, it
smells a little and you may see some smoke. This
is normal because the appliance is warming for
the first time and it will disappear some after.
Before operating Bain-marie part of the appliance,
fill some water into the pools.
4. OPERATION
Enter the plug to the socket.
For the bain marie part of the appliance turn on
the circuit braker lighted as “1”, to operate the
section you want. The light will be on.(Which
circuit braker heats which cover is mentioned
with labels on the appliance.)
Rise the degree of thermostat number “2” to the
point you want. Then the signal lamp number “5”
will be alighted. It will not be off unless the
degree you verified.
For the wardrobe part of the appliance turn on the
circuit-braker number “3”. Rise the degree of
thermostat number “4” to the point you
want.(Which circuit-braker heats which wardrobe
is mentioned with labels.)
5. SWITCHING OFF
Change the positions of buttons numbered “2”
and “4” to “0” .
Turn off the circuit-brakers number “1” and “3”.
Plug out.
6. MAINTENANCE
Do not do any maintenance work or cleaning
when the power is connected.
Wipe the equipment with a damp soapy cloth
before it cools down entirely.
Do not use any scrapers such as knife, wire brush
or cleaning materials may that scratch your
equipment.
If necessary; use only chemical cleaning products.
Do not clean your equipment with water or
pressured
steam
otherwise
the
electrical
installation may be defected.
In case of any defect, breakdown or problem call
your distributor’s technical department, only an
expert person can take care of the equipment.
If the equipment will not be operated for a long
time, apply a thin layer of vaseline on the s/s
surface of the appliance.
