Please contact us regarding any service that is needed by your equipment. To better assist you to solve the
problem, we need to know the following information:
Unit Serial Number
Firmware version number (appears on turn on)
Manufacturing and last Calibration dates
It is also very helpful for us to know various internal structure codes that are listed in the Product Info
screen (F2->F5->F3):
PAL CODE, ALT. PARTS, RCB VER, ADAPTER CODE, ADAP.MFG, and ADAP.CAL.
You can easily get your product information in a printout (or a text file to be added to your e-mail)
following the guidance of Application Note INN-8686-APN1 at:

If you wish to report memory devices that may not test properly on your equipment, please provide detailed
information to our tech department. We occasionally ask our customers to lend us their memory devices in
order to further investigate the problem and enhance the quality of our products.
Please do not send any package to us unless you have been authorized by our tech support department and
have been issued an RMA number.
