4.8.1 Admin – DDNS
DDNS (Dynamic DNS) is an IP-to-Hostname mapping service for those Internet users who don’t
have a static (fixed) IP address. It will be a problem when such user wants to provide services to other users
on Internet, because their IP address will vary every time when connected to Internet, and other user will not
be able to know the IP address they’re using at a certain time.

Field
Description
Enable DDNS
Check to enable DDNS service. Default: Disabled.
Service provider
The selections are:
DynDNS
and
TZO
. A charge may occur depends on the service
you select.
Domain Name
Enter the Domain name registered with the DDNS server here.
User Name/Email
Enter the User Name assigned by the DDNS service provider here.
Password/Key
Enter the Password assigned by the DDNS service provider here.

Click to save the setting to the configuration.
Reset
Click to abort change and recover the previous configuration.
