Description
Disable Wireless LAN
Interface
Check it to disable the router’s wireless function. By default, wireless is enabled.
Band
Select the appropriate band from the list provided to correspond with your network
setting. Default: 2.4GHz (B+G+N)
Mode
The selections are: AP, AP+WDS. Default: AP mode.
SSID
This is the name of wireless router. You can type any alphanumerical characters
here, maximum 32 characters.
Channel Width
The selections are: 40MHz or 20MHz. Default: 20MHz
Control Sideband
Specify if the extension channel should be in the
Upper
or
Lower
sideband.
Control and the secondary extension channels are only applicable if your router is
operating at 40 MHz bandwidth and the band is configured as 2.4GHz (B+G+N),
2.4GHz(G+N) or 2.4GHz(N).
Channel Number
Select the appropriate channel from the list provided to correspond with your
network settings. You shall assign a different channel for each AP to avoid signal
interference.
Broadcast SSID
Select whether to Enable or Disable SSID Broadcast. Default: Enabled.
WMM
Wi-Fi MultiMedia – it enhances the data transfer performance of multimedia
contents when they’re being transferred over wireless network. Default: Enabled.
Data Rate
Most of wireless devices will negotiate with each other and pick a proper data
transfer rate automatically. Default: Auto.
Associate Client
Click to show status of all active wireless stations connected to your router’s
Wireless access point
Enable MAC Clone
Check to Enable masking of single Ethernet Client’s MAC Address.
Enable Universal
Repeater Mode
Check to allow Wireless to act as AP and client simultaneously.
SSID of Extended
Interface
Available only when Universal Repeater Mode is enabled.
