The clamp on the turbo inlet tube is loosened to separate the inlet tube from the
flexible air intake duct.
Loosen and remove the 10mm nut that secures the air arm to the front cross
member.
Pull the air restrictor gauge out from the air box grommet as shown above.
The stock grommet will be used with the Injen/AMSOIL air box.
Use a phillips screw driver to remove the screws that secures the MAFS to the
sensor housing.
Once you have removed the screws from the MAFS, continue to pull the MAFS
out of the sensor housing.
Stock engine compartment
Depress the tab on the electrical harness clip and disengage it from the mass
air flow sensor as shown above.
