• THIS PRODUCT MUST BE USED TO
HOLD ONLY ONE CHILD.
• Do not add any mattress other than those provided with
the carry cot.
• Do not add any pillow over this product.
• The cylinder is designed to ensure correct positioning of
the child’s knees. Position it solely under the child’s knees and
inside the dedicated pocket in the lower part of the Welcome
Pad. When not in use, remove it immediately and never leave
it inside the carrycot.
• Remove the cylinder when the carrycot is used for in-car
transport.
• When the carrycot is used with the Welcome Pad on the
Inglesina Stand-Up, never remove the carrycot’s hood.
• Regularly inspect the product and all its components to
detect any damage and/or signs of wear, unstitching and
tears.
• Assembly, disassembly and adjustments must be carried
out only by adults. Make sure that the person using the
product (baby-sitter, grandparents, etc.) are aware of its
correct operation.
• When the product is not used, it must be stored out of
reach of children. The product shall not be used as a toy!
• Be aware of the risks related to open flames or other heat
sources, such as radiators, fireplaces, electric and gas stoves,
etc.: do not leave the product close to these heat sources.
• Make sure that all possible sources of hazard (e.g. cables,
electric wires, etc.) are kept out of reach of the child.
• Never leave the product with the child inside in places
where ropes, curtains or other objects can be used by the
child to climb up or cause choking or strangling hazards.
• In case of prolonged exposure to sunlight, let the product
cool down before using it.
RECOMMENDATIONS
• Always place your baby on their back to sleep unless otherwise
advised by your physician. If your baby has reflux, or any other
on-going health condition, speak to your doctor. You should
not sleep your baby on their front or side unless you have been
advised to do so by a medical professional.
• Keep soft objects, stuffed toys, bumpers and positioners away
from the infant’s sleep area because they may be dangerous.
• Don’t cover your baby’s face or head while sleeping or use
loose bedding.
• Avoid letting your baby get too hot. Parents and caregivers
should evaluate the infant for signs of overheating.
HINTS FOR CLEANING AND MAINTAINING THE
PRODUCT
• Do not store the product if it is still wet and do not leave it
in humid environments since mildew may form.
• Store the product in a dry place.
• Protect the product against weather agents, water, rain
or snow; moreover, continuous and prolonged exposure to
sunlight can cause changes in the colour of many materials.
• It is recommended to wash the lining separately from
other items.
• Follow the lining washing instructions on the labels.

• Dry the textile lining completely before using or storing it.

The product is supplied already prepared correctly
to be used for the first time, with the cylinder ( B ) in the
housing 1 on the Pad ( A ).
Once arranged, the child’s head must rest on area ( A1 ) of the
Pad ( A ), while the cylinder ( B ) must be positioned under his
or her knees.

to move the cylinder ( B ) into the housing 2 on the Pad ( A ),
ensuring that the child’s head rests on area ( A1 ) of the Pad
( A ) and the cylinder is positioned under his or her knees.

For correct product maintenance, remove it from
the mattress of the carrycot, first the upper pocket ( A3 ) and
then the lower loop ( A4 ).
INGLESINA VEHICLE KIT
If using the Inglesina Vehicle Kit, strictly follow the
instructions in the dedicated manual to secure the back
straps and crotch strap to the carrycot, passing them through
the mattress provided.
