Downloading and saving files

Ingeteam

3. Downloading and saving files

In order to download the necessary files, please contact the Ingeteam Customer Service or access the download
area of the electric vehicle charging stations on the Ingeteam website (www.ingeteam.com).

Download a file named

[charging station model name]_user.zip

. This file contains the

ingeteam

folder. Unzip the

file in the root folder of a USB memory formatted in FAT32.
