1. PRESSURE INDICATOR / MAINTENANCE INDICATOR /
HOURMETER
Indicates the system pressure, time to maintenance, real time, run
hours and fault indication.
WARNING
DO NOT
operate the compressor at discharge pressures
exceeding the maximum operating pressure
.
2. ON/OFF SELECTOR SWITCH
When switched to the on position will allow the unit to start and run
in loaded condition. When switched to the OFF position, the unit willl
stop (if running) and operate in automatic cooling fan control mode. This
switch also needs to be in the OFF position to reset a fault with the
E
−
stop.
3. POWER ON (Green)
Indicates the presence of control voltage at the controller.
4. EMERGENCY STOP
When depressed will stop the compressor & fan immediately. The
’Power on’ indicator will remain illuminated. The emergency stop button
must be released before the compressor can be restarted.
CAUTION

stop should be used for emergency stop only and should
not be used as a standard stop.
5. DEWPOINT INDICATOR (DRYER ONLY)
Green indicates an acceptable dewpoint, red indicates a dewpoint
above 50

C), and blue indicates a freezing risk.
6. FAULT / HM

DRIVE
Turn off electrical Isolator or disconnect. Investigate cause of
fault.
7. RESET BUTTON

stop with on/off selector switch in the OFF position.
PRIOR TO STARTING
1. Make visual check of the machine, ensure that all guards are secure
and that nothing is obstructing the proper ventilation of, or free access
to the machine.
2. Check coolant level. Add if necessary.
3. Make sure main discharge valve is open.
4. Turn on electrical isolator or disconnect. The

will light, indicating that line and control voltages are available.
5. Check direction of rotation at initial start or following interruption in
power supply.
