Equipement initial avec une cartouche

Légèrement huiler le joint torique placé à l’intérieur

Retirer la vis de fermeture (fig. 6, rep. 1) de la cartouche
À
Introduire la cartouche dans le carter en appuyant légère-
ment dans l’alésage et la visser dans le carter (fig. 8)
À
Purger le carter :
-- Retirer la vis de fermeture (fig. 7, rep. 15)
-- Enfoncer la tige de piston de couleur rouge (fig. 6, rep.
3) dans la cartouche jusqu’à ce que le lubrifiant
sorte de l’orifice ouvert
-- Refermer le carter avec la vis de fermeture

Mettre l’appareil hydraulique en marche afin de
démarrer la pompe. La laisser fonctionner jusqu’à
ce que le lubrifiant sorte au raccord de sortie ouvert
(fig. 1, rep. 3)
REMARQUE
La pompe refoule le lubrifiant très len--
tement. Cela peut prendre un certain
temps avant que le lubrifiant n’appa-
raisse à la sortie.

Raccorder le tuyau de raccordement au point de lubrifica-
tion par l’intermédiaire du raccord (fig. 1, rep. 3)
À
Remplir le tuyau de raccordement au moyen d’une
pompe de graissage à levier par l’intermédiaire du rac-
cord de lubrification, jusqu’à ce que le lubrifiant sorte
au point de lubrification.

Lightly grease the inner o--ring
À
Remove the closure cap (fig. 6, item 1) from the cartridge
À
Insert the cartridge in the bore hole by lightly pressing
and screw it into the housing (Fig. 8) hand--tightly.
À
Vent housing :
-- Press red follower piston (fig. 6, item 3) into the
cartridge until lubricant comes out of the open bore hole.
NOTE
The pump delivers lubricant very
slowly. It may take a while before the
lubricant flows out of the outlet without
air bubbles.

Connect the supply hose to the lubrication point to one of the
pump outlets (fig. 1, item 3)
À
Fill the lubricant supply hose to the lubrication point via the
lubrication hydraulic fitting by means of a manually operated
grease gun until the lubricant flows out at the lubrication point.
À
Operate the pump by switching on the hydraulic unit
until lubricant flows out of the opened outlet (fig. 1, item 3)
-- Remove closure plug (fig. 7, item 15)
-- Close housing with closure plug, again
