Install Gold XV/Platinum XV Control
1. The device enrollment page will display a 5-digit PIN.
Write down the PIN.
2. Take this PIN to your installed Gold XV/Platinum XV.
3. On the thermostat, select Menu > Nexia > Accept.
4. Enter the PIN into the thermostat.
5. Select Next on the thermostat.
6. Allow a moment for the thermostat to contact Nexia and
confirm it has successfully been added to the account.
7. Click Continue in Nexia.
COMPLETE SETUP AND TEST.
1. Click the Climate tab.
2. View the new thermostat. Confirm that any changes made
using Nexia are reflected on the thermostat itself.
Optional: If you are comfortable setting up the Nexia mobile app ,
assist the customer with this step. The process normally takes about
5 minutes.
