Returning a Terminal for Service
When you receive a replacement terminal, always return the
defective devices back promptly;
failure to do so may result in
charges applied to your account.
The Global Payments Customer
Care Centre is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist
with questions related to terminal returns.
