If it is necessary to return the exhaust emissions analyzer, notify the analyzer seller in your area or
Infrared Industries at the address above. Package the instrument carefully and securely. Contact Infrared
Industries for an RMA number, which is your authorization to send the unit. Note it carefully on the
address label. Then proceed to ship the complete instrument with freight prepaid to the above address.
Please include a written description of any observations of the malfunction.
Repaired instruments shall remain subject to the one-year warranty period. However, all replacement
parts and service are warranted, subject to the limitations stated above, for 90 days from the date of
delivery of the repaired instrument to the original buyer.
