1. Enclosure Installation

Outline of the installation process and a proper boot up of GS.

Check the components list in the package before your start GS installation.

Outline of the process of installing the GS into the rack, including slide rail and GS installation.
1.3. Install Drive on Trays
Based on different GS models, outline of the process of how to install a drive on the tray.
1.4. JBOD Connection (Option)
Connecting the G
S with expansion enclosure (JBOD) for expansion purpose, if you don’t have the
expansion enclosure to add with GS, you can skip this step.
1.5. GS Status Checking
Power up the system and make sure the storage is working normally, outline the action you should take if
there is any abnormal status for GS.
