Bit Rate Upper Limit:

 You have to set the upper limit of bit rate if “vbr” is 

selected; the stream size will be fixed if “cbr” is selected and the stream size is 

defined in the “Bit Rate Upper Limit”. For major stream, the bit rate upper limit 

can be 

1000Kbps ~10000Kbps; for minor stream, the bit rate upper limit can be 

256Kbps ~2000Kbps.
