2. Seated Posture
(1) It is recommended that the examinee sits in the testing posture for about 10~15 minutes before the test,
so that body water may be dispersed evenly inside the body.
(2) Make sure that the examinee's back is not touching the chair and is sitting straight.
(3) Use a cushion to support the examinee's back.
(4) Arms should be lowered naturally as in the standing posture. Spread them 15 degrees away from
trunk part of body.
(5) Make sure that the examinee's thighs do not touch each other, and spread them shoulder-width apart.
(6) Spread legs to the front and do not maintain a 90 degree angle.
