Click the "+" label at the bottom left of the frame, and select "Video Capture Device"

Once "Video Capture Device" is selected, a separate frame will show.

Click OK and another frame will appear, which shows the individual characteristics of
the Video Capture Card. You can see a black screen inside of the OBS Studio frame.
Please configure the capture card with these settings:
