Preparation for Use

To Read and Delete Memory

1. If the power is on, wait for auto power 

off after one minute of non use.

2. Press and hold the POWER button 

for about 2 seconds, the unit will 

display the last stored temperature.

3. Press the POWER button again to go 

to previous memories.

To delete Memory

1. While the screen displays the 

memory to be deleted, press and 

hold the POWER button for about 3 

seconds, the LCD will show "dEL."

2. Press and hold the POWER button 

again to delete the stored value.

To Take Temperature

Information You Should Know

4. When you hear a "beep-

beep"sound, it means the 
measurement is completed. 
(Figure 4)

5. You can repeat measurement 

by pressing the POWER button 
again after 5 seconds when the 
happy face icon stops flashing.

6. The unit will automatically shut 

off after one minute of non use. 
(Figure 5)

1. Press and release the POWER 

button to turn on the unit. 
(Figure 1) Two beeps are heard. 
The display shows the unit is 
now ready for measurement. 
(Figure 2)

2. Place the probe in the middle of 

the forehead then press and 
hold the POWER button.

3. Move the probe across the left 

or right side of the forehead to 
measure. Ensure proper contact 
between forehead and probe. 
During measurement the 
display shows an "arrow" sign 
(Figure 3) and a measurement 
indicator sound should be 
heard. (Releasing the POWER 
button within 5 seconds will stop 
measurement or it will stop 
automatically after 5 seconds.)

1. Between measurements, please 

allow at least a 5-second break 
in order to obtain the most 
accurate measurement.

2. Because the thermometer is a 

very sensitive unit, it must be 
used at room temperature 16

Performance of the unit 

may be degraded if it is operated 
or stored outside the stated 
temperature and humidity range, 
or if patient's temperature is below 
the ambient (room) temperature.
