Connect your smartphone or tablet to the
treadmill’s computer via Bluetooth.
Create a running programme suitable for
your age, height, gender, etc.
Set the required distance.
Click on the Me icon to connect the treadmill
to the GFit wristband or the GFit personal
scale.
Separate instructions in English for using the
GFit wristband can be found at the back of
the manual.
Step on the personal scale with both feet to
measure your BMI (the measurement is for
guidance and training purposes only).
The GFit scale can be used via the app to
track your personal development (weight
and BMI).
Press START to start exercising.
