3.2 INITIAL CHECK.
To commission the boiler:
- ensure that the type of gas used corresponds to the
boiler settings (the type of gas appears on the display
on first electrical supply voltage, or by checking the
relative parameter “G”);
- check connection to a 230V-50Hz power mains, correct L-N
polarity and the earthing connection;
- make sure the central heating system is filled with water and
that the boiler manometer indicates a pressure of 1 ÷ 1.2 bar;
- switch the boiler on and ensure correct ignition;
- check the proper calibration of the number of fan revolutions;
- check the CO
2
fl ow rate in the fl ue:
- maximum
- intermediate
- minimum
the values must comply with what is indicated in the relative
tables
(
Par. 3.3
)

- check activation of the safety device in the event of no gas, as
well as the relative activation time;
- check activation of the main switch located upstream of the
boiler;
- check that the intake and/or exhaust terminals are not
blocked;
- ensure activation of all adjustment devices;
- seal the gas fl ow rate regulation devices (if settings are mod-
ified);
- ensure production of domestic hot water;
- ensure sealing e ffi ciency of water circuits;
- check ventilation and/or aeration of the installation room
where provided.
Even if just one single safety check provides a negative result,
do not commission the system.

extraordinary maintenance, contact the Authorised
After-Sales Service.
Supply of spare parts.
Th e device’s warranty shall be rendered null and void
if unapproved or unsuitable parts are used for main-
tenance or repairs. Th ese will also compromise the
product’s compliance, and the said product may no
longer be valid and fail to meet the current regulations.
With regard to the above, only use Immergas original spare parts
when replacing parts.
Risk of material damage after using sprays and liquids to search
for leaks.
Leak sprays and liquids clog the reference hole P.Ref (Part. 5 Fig.
37) of the gas valve, damaging it irreparably.
During installation and maintenance, do not use spray or liquids
in the upper area of the gas valve (side referring to the electric
connections)
ATTENTION:
before performing any maintenance oper-
ation, make sure:
- you have disconnected the power to the
appliance;
- you have closed the gas cock;
- you have discharged the pressure from the
system and domestic hot water circuit.
ATTENTION:
operators who install and service the
appliance must wear the personal pro-
tective equipment ( PPE ) required by
applicable law.
Note: the list of possible PPE is not
complete as they are indicated by the
employer.
