At the end of the work cycle and in any case always, when the machine is not in operation, remember to detach
all the power supplies in the following order:
o
gas supply (if any): close the
supply
o
power supply: open, bringing them from position "1" to position "0", the electrical switch(s)
placed on board the
machine. Finally, unplug the power supply from the socket provided by the
Installer.

DISPLAY MESSAGES AND MALFUNCTIONS
Some effects may be different for machines with or without a bending machine.
MESSAGE / EFFECT
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The light of the SAFETY RESET button does not turn
off, even by pressing the RESET button
Check if:
-
the side panels are closed
-
there is something that clutters the hand protection
-
one or both emergency mushrooms is inserted
-
call technical support
The grille does not dry enough: the fabrics still come out
wet
Check if:
-
the ironing speed is too high, in reference to the
degree of residual moisture of the fabrics
-
the drying temperature is too low
-
the exhaust of the humid air is obstructed: in this case
the air pressure switch does not enable the ignition of
the flame control unit (only for gas machines)
-
the cooling function was incorrectly selected
-
the safety of the maximum temperature probe has
been triggered: it must be reset manually
-

Fabrics come out of ironing yellowed
Check if:
-
ironing temperature is too high and drying excessive
-
the ironing speed is too low, in reference to the
degree of residual moisture of the fabrics
-
there are residues of detergent, due to a poor rinsing:
the PH must be between 5 and 6
-
the fabrics are inserted over the entire length of the
ironing roller, and there are no roller zones at
different temperatures
-

Fabrics come out of ironing with dark spots
Check if:
-
you used an ironing area greater than allowed, you
cannot iron outside the area delimited by the
introduction bands.
Fabrics come out of ironing deformed
Check if:
-
the introduction of fabrics is conducted correctly:
keep the fabric parallel to the hand-saving protection
