Module Indicators Descriptions

Table 3-12. Module Indicator Color and Meaning
LED Name Color Meaning (When Illuminated)
Major Alarm Red One or more of the following problems in the
module has occurred:
• Loss of composite video input
• Loss of input lock
• Loss of SDI input
• Loss of reference lock
• Loss of reference burst
• Loss of reference
• Reference subcarrier-to-horizontal phase
error
See the active alarms listed in the Setup menu
to determine the cause.
Minor Alarm Amber One or more of the following problems in the
module has occurred:
• Loss of burst
• Video freeze
• Video noise present
• Subcarrier-to-horizontal phase error

the active alarms listed in the Setup menu
to determine the cause.
Power Green Power is being provided to the module.
Module Status Green Module is configured, loaded, and
operational.
