Ingredients:
Pizza Dough
3 cups plain flour or
bakers flour
Salt
30g dried yeast
1 cup (250ml) warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
Toppings
A selection of your
favourite pizza toppings
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Sift flour and salt into a large
mixing bowl and sprinkle dried
yeast over flour.
Make a well in the centre
of the flour, salt and yeast mix
then pour in water and oil.
Stir in flour, combining to
make soft dough.
Transfer dough onto a lightly
floured board and knead to a
smooth ball.
Place dough back into a clean,
oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap
and leave to rise in a warm place
until the dough has doubled in size.

Preheat oven (Mode 9) to hot
220ºC. Once this temperature is
reached turn oven to (Mode 3).

Remove dough from bowl and
return to lightly floured board.
Knead to form a ball. Cut ball in
half and flatten half into a large
circle. Transfer to a lightly greased
baking tray or pizza stone.

Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella
cheese and a selection of your
favourite toppings.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes or
until crisp and browned.
