1. Outline
1.1 Outline
This control panel is customized for Helicopter-Mountable 4K-Compatible
Camera (UHL-F4000). As this control panel is specialized for helicopters, it is
compact and lightweight. In addition, its overall usability including newly
equipped functions for the UHL-F4000 is improved by reviewing the user
interface of the existing control panel, RM-70F.
1.2 Features
z Focusing on the operability of the functions dedicated for the helicopter
camera
The user interface is created considering the operability of the functions
dedicated for the helicopter camera including AVC and AIW as well as digital
zoom, defog, image sharpening, digital noise reducer function, etc.
z Compatibility with an existing control panel
Its design makes it easy to replace by applying the control panel of the same
size (90.7×151×63mm) as the existing RM-70F and the same I/O.
Some functions are not compatible with RM-70.
z Implementation of shortcut functions
Basing on the know-how accumulated over many years, the operability of the
frequently used functions (ND

digital zoom,
etc.) are improved by implementing the shortcut functions that call the
operation part as direct switches.
z Equipped with customizable switches
It is possible to assign the functions required by operators and operation scenes
by equipping with the switches that users can customize as they want.
z Supporting various functions
Arranging the rotary encoder knob with a push switch and two displays enable
to support multifunctional operation including the menu operation and
customization setting of the panel besides the ON/OFF control of the camera.
Note
Switches of the RM and control functions become inoperable if the
connecting camera does not have the corresponding functions.
