Battery Disposal

CAUTION
RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN INCORRECT TYPE.
DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Correctly disposing of batteries

Batteries should not be disposed of with general household waste. Observe local waste disposal regulations,
which can be obtained from your local authority. All electrical and electronic equipment must be disposed of
separately from general household waste using the sites designated by local authorities.

The appropriate disposal and separate collection of used equipment serves to prevent potential harm to the
environment and health. They are a precondition for the re-use and recycling of electrical and electronic
equipment.
