Silent Mode
If you’re doing some meditating or the baby is having a nap, the last thing you want is a ring tone ripping
through your peace and quiet.
1. When the handset is in idle status, press and hold the star key .
2. The message ‘ All Ringer Tones Off ’ will appear briefly on the display screen.
3. You’ll see a crossed-out bell symbol at the top of the display screen while your handset is in silent mode.
Turning the ring tone back on
When you’d like to hear your ring tone when you receive calls, you can turn it back on easily.
1. When the handset is in idle status, press and hold the star key .
2. The message ‘ All Ringer Tones On ’ will appear briefly on the display screen.
3. You won’t see any bell icons at the top of the display screen when the ring tone is set to sound normally.
