The phone number entry screen is displayed.

Enter a phone number.
When calling to a fixed-line phone, enter the phone number starting
with the area code even if you are in the same area.

The calling screen is displayed.

during a call to adjust the other party’s
voice.

Slide to the left to end the call.
When you end the call to/from an unregistered phone number, the
confirmation screen asking whether to register the phone number to
the address book is displayed.
Making a Call
• If you touch a wide range of the screen while dialing or calling, it is turned
off.
• If the screen remains turned off during a call, you can turn on the screen by
pressing
f
or tapping the screen.
• Note that even if you cover microphone, the sound can be conveyed to the
other party.
• If you want to return to the calling screen after activating another application
during a call, execute the following operations.

* The numbers are emergency call numbers. The INFOBAR A01 notifies your present
location to the emergency call destination with a signal from a base station when you
call to the agency that received the emergency call.
