A. It is possible to have been
provoked by a strong air cur-
rent that blows towards the
flame.
▪ Find and remove the source of the air (probably the
window/door is open or the blower in function blows
the air to the flame).
▪ If you can not remove the source of the air and the
flame is too vivid, turn off the burner.
▪ Maybe you should redefine the burner’s position to
minimize the effect from the air current.
▪ Contact the manufacturer/supplier for assistance if the
problem remains.
The burner does
not function
properly
▪ Contact the manufacturer/supplier for assistance
▪ Do not try to operate the burner with malfunction.
