If the following message is displayed, proceed as described below:

a) Try to clear the jam automatically by pressing the Esc key.
b) Open the hinged operator access door.
c) Remove the media from the rear feeders, if the jam is located in
this area.
d) Clear the jam in the area specified by the display message.
e) Close the module concerned.
f) Press the Esc key to initialize the paper path.
g) Reload the rear feeders, if the jam has occurred in this area (see
Page 18).
IMPORTANT:
If the printer jams again, or if the jams occur frequently,
contact the Help Desk.
