5 - ADJUSTMENTS AND SETTING-UP

BOSS 332/545/552 HD

Bar guide plate adjustment

• Loosen the handle "A", lift the plate and

tighten the handle "A"; repeat this operation on
all the plates.

• Load the two bars into the magazine, loosen

the handle "A" and drop the plates that will
stop against the bars.

• If the bars are round or hexagonal, make sure

that a little clearance is left between the plate
and the bars. The clearance must be 3

8 mm

for square bars.

• Tighten the screws "A" on all plates.

INFORMATION: Remove plates before

machining bars with a diameter greater

than ø36.
