2.8.2 Operating Temperature and Temperature Control

The maximum and minimum operating temperatures for the KINO-9152G4 are listed

below.

Minimum Operating Temperature: 0ºC (32°F)

Maximum Operating Temperature: 60°C (140°F)

A cooling fan and heat sink must be installed on the CPU. Thermal paste must be

smeared on the lower side of the heat sink before it is mounted on the CPU. Heat sinks

are also mounted on the Northbridge and Southbridge chipsets to ensure the operating

temperature of these chips remain low.

2.8.3 Power Consumption

Table 2-2

shows the power consumption for the KINO-9152G4 running with a 2.13GHz

Intel® Pentium M processor with 1 GB of DDR2 memory.
