AHCI Mode

Configures SATA devices as AHCI device.



S e ria l-ATA Co n tro lle r 0 [Co m pa tib le ]

Use the

Serial-ATA Controller

option to configure the Serial-ATA controller mode when

the SATA mode is set to IDE Mode.



Disable

Disables Serial-ATA controller.



Enhanced

Configures the Serial-ATA controller to be in enhanced

mode. In this mode, IDE channels and SATA channels

are separated. Some legacy OS do not support this

mode.



Compatible

EFAULT

Configures the Serial-ATA controller to be in compatible

mode. In this mode, a SATA channel will replace one of

the IDE channels.

to TXT.
