7.4.2.2 DVD Combo Drive Installation
To install the new DVD combo drive, please follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Install the new DVD adapter to the rear of the DVD drive (
Figure 7-5
).
Step 2:
Connect the IDE and power cables to the DVD adapter.
Step 3:
Install the DVD drive into the DVD drive bracket. Reinsert the four previously
removed retention screws (

).
Step 4:
Replace the DVD bracket on the ECK-3692G. Once replaced reinsert the four
previously removed retention screws.
