A PCMCIA slot (on the A200 mother board) and a CF slot (on the bottom side of the
POM-121IB) are accessible on the rear panel. The PCMCIA slot supports standard
PCMCIA memory cards . The CF slot supports standard compact flash memory cards.

3.4 Onboard Jumpers
NOTE:
A jumper is a metal bridge that is used to
close an electrical circuit. It consists of
two metal pins and a small metal clip
(often protected by a plastic cover) that
slides over the pins to connect them.
To CLOSE/SHORT a jumper means
connecting the pins of the jumper with
the plastic clip and to OPEN a jumper
means removing the plastic clip from a
jumper.
The A200 motherboard and POM-121IB daughter expansion board have nine onboard
jumpers, two on the motherboard and seix on the expansion daughterboard. The jumpers
are described in Table 3-28 .
