Troubleshooting 

Troubleshooting and Alarms 

ISSUE

Possible Cause

No power at start up

No power to Kiln

Verify facility power to 
Kiln is turned on

Main disconnect not turned on

Turn on the main 
disconnect

A power wire may be 
loose or disconnected

Fuse Blown

In the control panel

Vacuum pump does not run

No power to the pump

Vacuum Pump Motor 
Starter Fault. Reset 
starter.

No water to the pump

Check water 
connection and flow 
rate

Pump is seized 

Using the seized pump 
instructions. You will 
need to rotate the 
motor internal to the 
pump.

Vacuum pump runs but no 
vacuum in chamber

Door not closed

Verify there is no 
obstruction between 
the door gasket and 
kiln.

Verify you have the 
proper water pressure
