Navigate to system setup screen #1

Press “Help” at control panel HMI (touchscreen) then press “Setup”

VACUUM 

Set Point should stay at 4 unless otherwise instructed by iDRY Systems

WATER 

TEMPERATURE

Set point is the maximum attainable temperature. The system will automatically control 
the ramp rate depending on heat power and delta set point. It is possible that the 
maximum temperature is not reached until the very end of the drying process and can 
be used as a drying indicator.

HEAT POWER

Can be used to limit the temperature rise

HEAT DELTA

Set point is used to control the temperature rise. The temperature entering the kiln (IN) is 
kept within this delta to the temperature exiting the kiln (OUT). This is known as the 
Delta T or drop across the load. A larger Delta T means a more aggressive rise in 
temperature.
