 Heating Plates Water Filling Procedure

 

iDRY Turbo User Manual

WARNING: Air from heating plates must be completely removed or damage to equipment will occur

Heating Plates

1

Using the jib crane attach and lift a heating plate so that it can be gently shaken during the filling 
process

2

Connect a treated (soft) water supply with Min of 30 PSI using the garden hose adapter to on 
side of the plate

3

Connect the other side of the plate to drain

4

Turn ON water supply and allow water to flow for several minutes

5

During this filling step gently shake and tilt the plate to help air pockets escape

6

Disconnect drain hose and wait several minutes. This will build up pressure

7

Re-connect drain hose and allow water to flow for several minutes

8

During this filling step gently shake and tilt the plate to help air pockets escape

9

Disconnect drain hose and repeat filling until all air is removed

10

Always disconnect the drain hose before disconnecting the fill hose

11

Place the filled plate on the trolley

12

Repeat the above procedures for all heating plates

13

Stack each plate back on the trolley using the wood spacers

14

Roll in a minimum of five (5) plates. *a minimum of five plates is required to perform the water 
system test.
