Maintenance operations
•
Cleaning the water filter.
(
Figure 12)
To clean the filter
first unscrew the glass and then use compressed air or
water to clean the filter. Pay attention to the OR. If too
deteriorated replace the filter. Screw the glass well and
paying close attention to the correct replacement of the
filter.
•
Cleaning the fuel filter (Figure 11).
Located at the
entrance of the diesel pump. Unscrew the glass and clean
the filter with compressed air and refit and tighten well to
prevent air suction. Pay attention to the OR.
•
Cleaning the level sensors (Figure 16).
Remove boiler
level sensor ( high and low ) with tool as in Figure 16. The
hydraulic seal of the level sensor is ensured by washer
head. Before remount it ensure the presence of the
washer or event apply Teflon. Reassemble with torque of
20Nm.
•
Cleaning the steam valves.
Remove inspection panel
(Fig.1). Remove the solenoid coils by unscrewing the cap
manually. With hexagonal key 22 unscrew and remove the
solenoid valve from the body. Clean 'internal shutter if it is
too deteriorated or replace if there are obvious signs or
wear.
•
Cleaning of the exchanger by CLEAN cycle
(Continuous operation of the water pump).
The
treatment of descaling and cleaning is to be carried out
periodically with liquid wrench provided as prescribed by
the manufacturer OPTIONAL. The frequency depends on
the hardness of the water. See table in control water
quality.
Follow the following procedure:
➢
Fill the water tank of the machine with cleaning
solution. (Dilution 15% - 30%)
➢
Empty the boiler.
➢
Disconnect the steam hose from the machine.
➢
Enable switch CLEAN ON (See Figure 3)
➢
Press output steam switches to ON position.
➢
Turn the main switch to ON. The water pump will
operate continuously while the burner is disabled.
➢
Wait until the product comes out from the outputs
and then turn off the machine.
➢
Wait at least 1 hr to act.
➢
Repeat filling the water tank with clean running
water for rinsing.
During operation CLEAN maintain always open
guns in case they are connected to the device to
prevent intervention of the safety valve.
It is advisable this procedure to be done only by
Authorized Service as the descaling product may
cause wear.
Dispose the descaling liquids
accordance with local regulations.
•
Frost protection
. Do not leave the appliance exposed
to temperatures below 0 ° C. During periods of rest
protect the machine from frost storing in safe place or
use antifreeze commercial. Observe the relevant
manufacturer antifreeze. This also ensures a certain
corrosion protection. In the case of use of the machine
with temperatures below 0 ° C to ensure defrosting of
the appliance before ignition.
•
Replace safety valve.
The safety valve can be
replaced only by qualified personnel or service centers.
The safety valve replacement should be set at 10 bar
and be accompanied by a certificate of conformity PED
- category IV.
•
Setting of the electrodes (Fig. 14)
Remove the
combustion head (first unscrewing the boiler diesel
pipe and unplugging connectors of the ignition). Make
sure that the electrodes are clean and respect the
distances specified in Figure 14.
•
Fuel pressure regulation .
The adjustment of the
pressure of the fuel is performed by rotating the
adjustment dowel of the pump with key in a clockwise
direction by increasing and decreasing
counterclockwise.
•
Adjustable combustion air (Figure 15)
The
adjustment of the combustion air takes place via
external strip (See Fig 15).
•
Cleaning the inside of the boiler
.
Internal cleaning
of the boiler must be done by removing the order:
head combustion, boiler cover and cover fire. Remove
sucking dirt and soot deposited in the exchanger.
•
Charging
the
filter
crystals
polyphosphates
(OPTIONAL). Remove the filter and fill the glass with
crystals polyphosphates. (5lt Optional). Tighten the
glass well paying attention to O-ring seal.
For all maintenance work, the machine must refer to
professionally qualified or one of our Authorized
Service Center.
.
For any problems not mentioned in this manual or breakage
of the machine, please contact an Authorized Service Center
for its repair or for the replacement of original spare parts.
