Chapter 6 Troubleshooting
Q: There are some barcodes cannot be scanned.
A: Check the barcode type, open the barcode function; if it is verified, try to turn off.
Q: The barcode data is incorrect.
A: Check the error display of barcodes (all barcodes errors or specific barcode error)
Q: Barcode can be read but not displayed.
A: You need to confirm the working mode of the scan through the device manager; If there is one
more virtual COM port after the computer is plugged into USB, the current scan is in virtual serial port
mode, which can only be used by connecting the corresponding serial port through the serial port
tool. If a keyboard device is added after insertion, the current scan box is in the virtual keyboard mode,
as long as there is input Box, you can output data at the position of the cursor. If there is one more
keyboard device after plugging, the current scan is in virtual keyboard mode, and if there is an input
box, data can be output at the cursor position.
Q: Aiming Light and Illumination are not bright.
A: Check whether the device is powered on.
Re-plug the data cable.
