Push
Configure Push settings.
Select
Push
to use Push feature.
The Push feature sends out event-related messages to
mobile phone.
Enable to receive the event occurred in NVR on
the mobile phone(Android, iOS). The NVR must be
registered and set in mobile phone.
FTP
The FTP feature uploads event-detected images or video
clips to the FTP site when an event occurs. Click the +
icon at the bottom of the list to add an FTP site.

FTP
: Enter the FTP site information using the virtual
keyboard.
●
Upload File
: Select the file format to be uploaded to
the FTP site.
Up to 5 FTP sites can be registered.
Click the + icon at the bottom of the list to add an FTP
site.
●
Site
: Displays the list of the registered FTP sites.
Select an FTP site from the list. If the Use settings of
the NetFS site are set to anything other than
ALL
or
Clip-Copy
, you cannot select the FTP site. You can
change the Use settings or register other FTP sites in
the NetFS setup screen in the Network menu.
●
Upload File
: Select between
CBF
and
MP4
. When you
select
CBF
, the NVR will upload an event detected
video clip to the FTP site. When you select
MP4
, the
NVR will attach an event-detected video clip to the
FTP site.
●
Site Information
: Displays information for the FTP
site.

For the FTP notification to work properly, the related
settings should be configured as follows:

Network menu - NetFS tab - Use setting

Event menu - Actions - FTP setting

When you delete an FTP site from the NetFS setup
screen in the Network menu, the FTP site in the
FTP setup screen in the Notification menu will be
deleted, too.
•
Be careful when interconnecting with 3rd-party
solutions and systems, since event uploading is a
Best-effort service, not a Guarantee service.
•
Event upload does not guarantee real-time due to
the characteristic of the feature.
•
The FTP notification is not supported for system
events.
•
If multiple transmissions occur in a short period of
time, email attachments may not be sent correctly.
•
If upload fails several times, the images or video
clips are deleted.
•
When the NVR boots, all images and video clips are
deleted even if they were not uploaded yet.
