After Service
Dear client:
Thank you for select our product, for your right and benefits please read and keep the
quality guarantee card carefully.
Take the card you can have your product repaired free of charge in its quality guarantee
period and favorable service after the quality guarantee period.
You can have the product replaced within 7 days due to quality problem and the quality
guarantee period for this product is one year.
You can also get the favorable promotions.
In the following conditions the product is not considered within the quality guarantee
scope:

Client cannot bring forth the quality guarantee card and invoice or receipt of
purchasing;

Improper service conditions, such as unmatched power, ambient temperature,
humidity or lighting caused malfunction;

Malfunction caused by accident, negligence, disaster incorrect operation or
network attack;

Malfunction or damage in installation, repair, modification or dismantle caused
by unauthorized personnel;

Out of guarantee period.
If you have any dissent on technical service provided by distributor, please lodge a
complaint to the customer’s service center of IDIS.
The quality guarantee card will be validated only after it’s stamped by the after-service
provider.
