INSTALL X/Y STOP & GUIDE WHEELS
1.
Determine which rail faces the opposing system in the room, then slide the X/Y
stop (item 20) down the outside groove of that transverse rail. Leave hardware
loose; tighten when system is fully installed and the collision position is
identified.
2.
Slide the four guide wheel assemblies onto the transverse rails, one assembly at
each rail end. Slide the four assemblies in until the wheels contact the OTC rails,
then tighten the nut plate screws. Use
Loctite #242
on hardware.
INSTALL RAIL END STOP
(Refer to End Stop Assembly Drawing)
NOTE:
End plates have been provided for the transverse rails. Install end plates at
time of system installation. See system instructions.
WARNING!
Failure to install end plates will
result in serious injury to user.
1.
Slide the end stop assembly (item 1-6) down to the far end of one rail, making
sure rubber bumper (item 5) faces in away from end plate. Do not tighten
hardware. Adjust end stop positioning at time of system installation. See system
instructions.
WARNING!
The position of the Rail Stop must
not exceed 16" rail overhang or
damage to the system may result.
