ASSEMBLY AND USE
To unfold your cane, hold the handle and let the foldable rod segments unfold towards the ground. To prevent falls, you
should always check that the individual rod segments (Fig. 1) are securely locked in place.
CAUTION
DO NOT dismantle the body of the pole. The cane contains an elastic cord inside. Uncontrolled release of the elastic cord
inside can cause serious injury to unprotected parts of the body, particularly the eyes. If the elastic cord is cut, frayed or
damaged, stop using the cane.
DO NOT stretch the cord more than necessary to dismantle or assemble the segments.
TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF YOUR CANE
Loosen the twist lock by turning it clockwise several turns. Press the lock button and pull the handle upwards to lengthen
the cane, or push it downwards to shorten it. Don't forget to retighten the twist lock after adjusting the cane to the
desired height.
TO FOLD THE CANE
Your cane is easily folded into a convenient travel size by separating the 4 individual rod segments
from each other.
Hold each set of rod segments close to the joint and pull them apart. The individual rod segments
fold away neatly.
TO USE THE LIGHTS ON YOUR CANE
The button at the top of the handle activates the lights. Pressing the button once switches on the light at the front of the
cane, pressing it again switches on the red light at the base of the handle and pressing it a third time switches them off.
The front light can be rotated to direct the light where you need it.
