Lockout function
This function helps prevent interference to other stations
by inhibiting transmitting when a signal is received. The
transceiver has two inhibiting conditions; repeater and
busy.

ceived.

Transmit is inhibited when a signal is re-
ceived.

Auto Repeater function
The USA version automatically activates the repeater
settings (DUP– or DUP+ and tone encoder ON/OFF),
when the operating frequency falls within the general
repeater output frequency range. It deactivates them
when outside of the range.
